The Ritz and Renaissance are both beautiful hotels. I would definitely consider either of those, since you can't really go wrong with class :)
The Wyndham is also really nice and has a pretty good restaurant inside!
We stayed at the Rennaisance on our wedding night. We booked a basic room online, but when we checked in the hotel they upgraded us to an awesome junior suite! That was so kind of them because we hadn't even asked to be upgraded!
I second the PPs. Also, Glidden House in University Circle is close by and very charming. I've never been to the Intercontinental at the Cleveland Clinic but I've heard it's nice.
Marriott Key Tower. We are staying there and blocking out rooms for our guests.

FI and I are getting married downtown, so I'd like a hotel close by. Where is everyone staying? Do they do anything extra for your special night?? Suggestions??
