Aahhhh!! We chose suits for FI, 3 groomsmen and 3 dads 6 weeks ago. They had the dad’s and my FI size in stock, had to order the rest. The order was placed 3 weeks ago. I went in Thursday of last week to check the status and was told they wouldn’t be shipped until Friday. I stopped back in today to verify delivery date so I could line up fittings for GM that live 2 hours away.
They called to check on delivery and the company that they were ordered from doesn’t have record of the original order. What! How does this happen?! 26 days and counting (Christmas holiday anyone?) And my groomsmen’s suits have yet to be ordered.
Commence feak out in 3-2-1!

What?! That’s crazy!! Can you just purchase the suits, maybe? Or try like a Men’s Wearhouse or some big chain, that might be able to get them in quickly? I’m so sorry! That’s so stressful!

We had a very similar issue and we quickly ended up ordering the suits to hire from elsewhere. The original place only refunded the deposit as our groomsmen all live overseas (aussie, the caymans) so as they hadn’t physically sized them up for their suits they were happy to refund. I wanted to point out that they actually couldn’t supply the suits we asked for (not in stock) in our original order from June that they couldn’t locate!

@howsweetitis: @brixey: One of the final things that are still on my ‘to-do’ list with a few days out – making me nervous. The suits are in, have been fitted and need to be picked up. My fiance went there on NYE at 4:30 (after he got off work) and they closed early that day 🙁 My dad has been sick so he hasn’t gotten back in for his final fitting but we’re just going to pick his up and hope that it fits
