Haha I just posted about this. People gave me the following tips:
Soak in a bath tub with water and vinegar
Lots of aloe!!!
black tea bags in water, let it cool down and wipe on your body with a rag let it dry
I have no additional advice to prevent peeling, but Benadryl will help with the stinging feeling.
Oh goodness Jizes! You got it bad!!!! Has it gotten better? Did the vinager help? How much did you put in your bath?

I FRIED this weekend (not intentionally, even had SPF 55 on!). I have been putting this healing ointment on it, but it is NOT helping. My back is still just as red and sore as it was. Does anyone have anything they use or do to help heal their sunburns and prevent peeling?
