In that case, I think Sunday would be fine. People are going to be out most likely anyway, and if for the chance they arent off on Monday, they are big boys and girls and Im sure can handle themselves accordingly. lol.

Hi Bees!
FI and I are going to look at a reception venue tomorrow and will most likely be choosing our date. We had Saturday, May 25, 2013 (Memorial Day Weekend) in mind for a while but of course when I went to look at this venue that day had been booked the day before! However that Sunday, May 26, is still open. I have always been nervous about having a Sunday wedding with people traveling and having work on Monday, but I thought since Monday is a holiday, this might work out. I was also wondering if it would be harder to book vendors (i.e. hair, makeup, DJ) on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend?
(FI and I have always wanted a May/June wedding, but the only other available Saturday in these two months at the venue is 6/29. We also cannot do April because we are accountants.)
