When planning out my schedule for my November wedding, I worried I'd have to have an early afternoon ceremony in order to have enough daylight for good pictures between the ceremony and reception. I didn't want to do this because I hate the long gap between the ceremony and reception for guests.
Lucky me! My wedding is the day BEFORE Daylight Savings Time starts so the sun won't set till 6pm! I can have my wedding at 3 and open reception doors at 5:30 as originally planned. We'll get awesome pictures.

I didn't think about this till my photographer and I talked about it the other day, but I'm glad I checked.
