Okay so I’m having a grey and yellow wedding and want to get these super simple yellow shoes, but my bridal party are getting the same shoes!
Which I don’t mind at all.
The shoes are faux leather but I was thinking about super gluing lace appliques to the shoes. Like this:
Do you think it will stick?

Hmm with the shoes being faux leather it might be kind of slippery for the glue. Putting it on and holding like the picture is a good way to get super glue all over your fingers (which is horrible)!

@MrsSaltWaterTaffy: Yeah that’s what I thought! Didn’t even think about it sticking to my fingers though lol

I would use the product the tutorial listed. e-6000 is a rubber based adhesive. I would also suggest scoring the shoes before applying any glue. A very fine sandpaper should suffice.

@Hyperventilate: hahaha didn’t even notice that it was a special glue, good eyes! Ohh that’s a great idea! Thank you!!!

All you need is a tiny bit. If you are just putting a smal dot in a few spots, you shouldnt get glue all over!
