I can’t decide on a pattern and my FI doesn’t really have a preference so I thought I would ask for some input from the bees! I love both patterns but I can only choose for my registry. I want something that has a classic look and I think both do the trick. Which one do you like the best and why??

I like the first one. I’m not a gold fan.

I think I like the first one better. I AM a gold fan, but just not that specific Vera pattern. I much prefer the gilded leaf and gilded weave.

Hmm I like them both! the gold one is a little more fancy, so if you’re looking for fancy, go for that one!

I’m registered for the second one. At first, I wasn’t in love with the flourish on the salad plates, but I love it now. It’ll be covered with salad anyway 🙂

I like both, but I’m leaning towards the second one after photographing a plate of food on similar china. It looks nice in photos. 🙂 I can hardly see the design on the first one, that it might look too similar to – if you are register for – everyday white plates.

I like the second since the first is so plain. But, keep in mind that the Vera Wang china isn’t done as nicely as some of the other brands, such as Waterford. For example, over the top of the handle on the teacup, the entire pattern stops and there is a big gap of white, rather than it continuing all the way around. This is because the company was trying to save money and it looks cheap as a result.
Make sure that you actually see these patterns in person versus looking at them on the computer, because there is a big difference in person. You can see some of these defects or poor workmanship in person, where you can’t on the computer.
