Make sure you take time for yourself, and remember why you are marrying your guy.

First, be prepared.  If you’ve done a good job keeping everything organized and have double-checked (or triple-checked lol) those wedding checklists on various websites, you’ll most likely have nothing to worry about on the big day.  Also, keep in mind that once the day starts there is really not much you can do to control mishaps.  Just deal with situations calmly and move forward (don’t let something small ruin your wedding day).

Next, remember to breathe deeply to calm those nerves.  Close your eyes and go to a “happy place” if you need to.  Keep in mind the main focus of the day, your committment to a wonderful man that you’ve grown to love.

Last, know that it’s “normal” to have jitters.  I don’t know many brides that weren’t a little nervous or shaky before their big moment.  Remember to take time with your new hubby after the ceremony to take it all in.  Step aside and take a look at everyone enjoying themselves to celebrate with you both!

Congratulations!!  Smile

Yep, I second the advice from other posters – deeep breathing, stretching, and making quiet time for yourself; go in your room and shut the door and take naps. Drink water and get 8 hours of sleep. Eat sensibly (no starving yourself), and read up on “foods to avoid bloating”. You’ll be fine!
