It was nasty out there! Luckily my work closed for two days so I didn't have to do much driving. FI and I braved the snow on Thursday and went on our already-planned road trip to New Mexico - so glad we did because we were out of the snow once we passed Castle Rock. I couldn't believe there wasn't a single snowflake to be seen from Colorado Springs down to Pueblo. When we returned today, it was nice to see that everything melted. I love that about Denver!
I live in Colorado Springs now, used to live just west of Castle Rock, and I'm so glad we are moved---moving day was two weeks ago! Although we had snow packed roads one morning and the wind was horrid, it really was NOTHING compared to what all of you got up north. This week it's going to be beautiful so I'm very excited!
It wasn't so bad here in Boulder, just wet heavy snow. Everyone at my office freaked out and left early, but when I left the roads were just wet. I did use the storm as an excuse to work from home and address my save the dates though!

I hope all the Denver bees are safely holed up and are weathering the storm comfortably! I just checked the weather to see if we'd have another snow day in Cheyenne and with new snow, a high of 25 and 25-35 mph winds? I think I'm calling this one! How are the rest of you faring?
