I haven’t heard of this, but I would recommend that as a first step you check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Wechsler. You will learn *so much* about your body, and that knowledge will help you optimize your chances of conceiving successfully, even – especially! – in light of unfavorable odds caused by your suspicious ovaries.

I also have never heard of this, and I don’t know much about it, but if I were in your shoes I would go off hormonal BC for a while before TTC and start temping to see if you can find a pattern. You may well still ovulate around the same time every cycle, and just have a longer cycle?

If this really concerns you maybe you should talk to a different doctor. I’ve done a quick search and this thread is already in the first page of results on a google search, I would be a bit skeptical of the diagnosis.
