I order all my crystals from Crystals By the Piece on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5610531. Great prices and reasonable shipping charges.

I like going into stores because I can visualize how different items are going to work when I am actually holding them. So try Michaels or Hobby Lobby and if that doesn't work then contact a florist.
I got mine on eBay for less than $20. They are beautiful, and I got 40, I believe, which is more than enough. If you want, PM me, and I can look up the seller's name for you. She even sent extra.

I've been looking everywhere for swarovski crystals you can put in the bouquets. Anyone else find any?
