How much time is their between the Ceremony and the Cruise? You could always mention both on the save the date and Invite, then build a wedding website for all the information on the cruise ect. You could have a response card for the ceremony in your wedding invite then have people RSVP to the cruise on the wedding website to make their a clear difference on what they are RSVPing too. As far as wording- not my specialty sorry! Sounds like a blast though

So after a lot of stress and emotional breakdowns we've come to a decision.
We are getting married at a little chapel in our home town area(the place he proposed!) but in lieu of a traditional reception we are going on a cruise with our guests(@ least the guests who commit). How many ppl do you know that can say they had a week long party for their wedding, lol? Plus, Ik the ppl who actually go will be the most important ones':)We are putting our honeymoon on hold for a few months after as our baby girl will only have just turned one:) We both agree we wont be able to leave her for a few days at that age! We are both the off-beat type and this is so us.
My problem? How to word the Save the dates, invites and RSVP's! I need to know who will just attend the service and who will attend both. I also have no clue how to do the save the date since they recommend sendiing them a year in advance for destination anything. We will ot be footing everyone's bill so how do you tell ppl to start saving and let us know if you are going to commit with good etiquette?!
