I just wanted to say, if you need a workout plan for a busy woman, try Beachbody’s T25. I’ve lost 15 pounds so far and have become so inspired, that I’m now a Indpendent Beachbody Coach.
It’s 25 minutes a session, so it’s easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. I know how hard it is to find time to workout when you are planning a wedding, but it’s been amazing for me and I think a lot of you would love it. 🙂

@CoachDannie: how long have you been doing it? Also, I have back pain issues; is this something I may be able to do? My chiro recommends that I do exercises where I am erect (treadmill, elliptical, stair master) and not too much bouncing or jumping.

Sounds like it is based off JM’s 30DS & RI30? I’m curious what the break down is between weight/cardio or if it’s strictly bodyweight – I can’t tell from a quick glance at site but I know Shaun T is known for explosive cardio intervals in Insanity.

T25 is awesome! I did Alpha and moved on to Insanity since I heard that Beta wasn’t that hard. I’m in LOVE with Insanity and T25 Alpha really helped set me up for starting Insanity!

@casualencounter: Definitely steer clear of T25 🙂 A lot of jumping and bouncing!
