new to the Bee, and looking for advice on table linens. rent or buy? i see alot of bees have them for sale, so i am wondering if it is cheaper to buy and re-sell, or if rental is the way to go? i am having an outdoor wedding with tent and most of the places i am getting quotes for tent rental have table linens available, but they order them in too. so would i be further ahead to just purchase and re-sell and not have all the wasted expense? or just search for a rental company myself and avoid the middle man. thanks for your help bees.

hey miranadabride 🙂
i am one year away to the date from my wedding and so far i’ve realized doing it yourself is the cheapest way. the reception venue would charge us $20 a table for linens or we can use their basic white table linens for free, and i will be ordering colored overlays for only $4.23 from efavormart instead! plus if anything happens to them no worries, i own them and i have the chance to sell them after 🙂
best of luck!

It depends on the cost of the rentals. I bought my tablecloths from linentablecloth.com, and I highly recommend the site. Their regular prices are good but they always do sales and their sale prices are great. I got my tablecloths there for $9 a piece with free shipping, and rentals would have been $25 a piece…so that was a pretty huge savings.
