We met with our day-of coordinator and caterer this morning in our venue to go over the logisitcs and details. We took along our linens, one centerpieces and programs to see a complete mock-up of the table in our venue! It’s all so real now!

I think your setup looks great. Colors are pretty together. Did you create your centerpiece or did the coordinator? My guest tables setup will be similar in regards to the napkins and printed menu layout. I’ve decided to spend the most $ on decorating the head table.

I did the centerpieces. They are silk flowers from efavormart (bright pink and orange roses and a few bright green rose buds). I stuck the flowers in round foam balls from Hobby Lobby and left a small area at the bottom of the flower balls for short dowel rods to stick down in the vases.
The tall vases are from Hobby Lobby. The linens are from linentablecloth.com. The tables will alternate between the orange with pink napkins and pink with orange napkins. I have a variety of orange, pink and green glass vases. Most of the candles I purchased slightly used at a “bridal yardsale” event that a local wedding venue hosted. I planned to just sit them on the round mirrors from the Dollar Tree, but the venue didn’t like the completely open flames, so they asked me to put the candles down in the glass cylinders, which I’m going to buy from Hobby Lobby as well. The candles in the glass cylinders are sitting on the mirrors, and it still has the same effect.
After looking at the photo, I do think I might scatter some rose petals on the table as well.
I designed the programs at each setting are actually rack cards from the business marketing section of VistaPrint. The Wedding Menus/Programs were the same size, but much more expensive.

Lovely! The design is elegant, yet the colors are so fun! Perfect mix of elegant and excitement! I am in LOVE with the tall pink bottles/vases!

@Nikii_Luv: Thank you! That is exactly what we’re going for! Fun and casual, but classy. Check out Hobby Lobby! I don’t know what you’re colors are, but they have a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. We’re using these large tall vases for the centerpieces, but I have a variety of small bottles and vases to sit on the fireplace, on our buffet and gift tables, etc. I just got a few more smaller vases that I found on clearance for around $2 ea. You can’t tell as well in the photo, but the glass looks super cool with the candle light flickering off of it.

What colors did you purchase from line tablecloth.com? Is it pumpkin and fuschia?
