We are doing a very similar table scape, so obvi, I love it! & my colors are cream, gray, and vintage rose! So I would go with the ivory chair covers. After I did my mock up, I actually realized that white linen looked nicer then the ivory ones and really made the lace runners I got stand out more. Maybe buy one of each and try out with the two colors to see which looks better. But all in all, I love what you have so far!

Very Pretty.

Question (as I cannot tell from the Mock Up Photo) are those real candles or fake ones ?

I know some places only allow the battery operated ones, while other places are super strict about the number of real candles and that they must be enclosed in a deep item (ie glass, vase, jar etc)

Ok so they are in something… as I said hard to tell from the Photo.

Lol, any chance you could take some close up Photos of your Table Mock Up ?

Loving all that I can see so far tho regarding the details.

I think it looks great. For me, this set up is a little more formal than I would typically associate with baby’s breath, but, then again, baby’s breath is so popular right now, nobody but me would probably think it odd! I love all the candles and silver – the reflection of the candles in the silver is particularly nice!

I like it a lot! This is something similar to what I’m considering (no flowers though, but I really like yours!) and I especially love the mirrored vases – the reflections add dimension to the small candles.

I think, combined with the chair covers and actual place settings, the whole setup is understated and elegant and will compliment everything nicely without being too overdone.

The only critique I might have is that the hydrangea bowls might be too close to the edge of the table… it could be easy for them to be knocked over by an errant elbow. Food for thought!

Thanks.

Ok, LOVE the Plates anyhow Wink *wink*

Bet the ones at the Venue will be great

The Silver Vases / Bowls are excellent.

I still have concerns about the Candles…

There are an awful lot of them (18 to 20 by my rough count)

You have to remember the table will be “busy” with other things as well…

Glassware (1 – 3 glasses per place setting) – Cuttlery – Napkins – Maybe a Table Number Set Up – and a Possible Menu Card

PLUS any necessary condiments for Dinner… as well as Salt & Pepper – Cream & Sugar etc.

So lots going on… then you add in the fact that ladies with small purses like to usually put them up on the table as well…

Hope this helps,

@MrsCorazza:  i think it’s beautiful.  i love the flowers and the many candles.

you may want to add silverware, a napkin and 2 wine glasses at each setting to get a full effect.  are you putting favours on the table as well?  will the venue be adding a bread basket, salt and pepper, sugar boat?

do you have fake flowers to put in the vases for now too?  even crumpled up newspaper will do the trick just to show the volume.  this way you will get a complete idea of how full the table is going to be.  an 8ft table is not that long.  if you can cut back on one vase and 6 candles per table, it will add up and save you money.

To @mypinkshoes:  Lol, you and I must have been drafting our replies at the same time, mine posted and then yours.

And YES, we often do have similar thoughts on things here on WBee.
