I think that’s a cute idea, very original.  But I think I’d leave out the details.  You may end up doing the research and taking the time to add it and your guests may not read it.  A friend of mine did something like that but the table numbers were bottles of wine, and the facts about the wine were listed.  No one but me read them, I felt bad!

That sounds really cute!  Maybe if you do the facts, just put 2-3 on there.

I think you should put the facts about the peppers. I love reading the back of cereal boxes so I’m pretty sure plenty of other people would love to read some tidbits about the peppers too. What’s important is that the pepper name should be big fonts and center and stand-alone so there’s no confusion as to what table they’re assigned too. Then maybe behind the jar or something, u can paste another label (like nutritional facts) that list the facts about the pepper.

Thats a very cool idea!  I agree that you should maybe just list a couple facts about each…

I wish we were going to your wedding, my FI and I LOOOVE hot sauce too!
