I’ve made my own Table Names and Place Cards which match.  The table names (about A5 size) will sit on top of a Ruffled Lantern that I’ve made too.  We only have 6 tables and each name represents a significant place that my fiance and I have been together so they have meaning.  And no numbers so people don’t feel like we’ve “ranked” them.  Then the place cards with have their names and a matching picture on them corresponding them to the tables. Hope you find something you love!!!

i am.  i am usising 2×6 photobooth frames to put the seating card in, it will also have what meal each person selected.  this will double as the favor that they can use to take their photobooth photo home.

I am using table numbers and escort cards made by someone I found on Etsy and she is reasonably priced. I also saw a few people on Etsy who can do the seating chart for you. Also here in Miami I have come across a few photographers who can use your engagement pictures as a back drop for your seating chart..maybe your photographer can do this for you? I have seen it done and it looks pretty.

Each of our tables was named after a place special to us, with pictures of us and the location on each table. Then we had place cards at each seat!

@Autumnsnow:  Do you have any theme or color palette you would like to incorporate?

I had a small wedding, so the tables were named after the bridesmaids.

There was table

Tessie

Courtney

Aubrey

Heather

Under these names of the brides maids, the guest would find the names. Then, They would look for the table with the picture of that bridesmaids. It worked out really well and my guest told me they loved it and have never seen that before! YAY!

this was table Tessie. MY little sister also made the picture frames.

Oh I had a big pain in the ass time making my place card.  My now husband decided to name each table as a flower name.  and each placecard….we have guests name plus flower table name.  We DIY our place card, so it took forever to make everything right.

I saw some people making masion jar as place card.  Guests can drink with it too, i thought its super cool, check it out and good luck
