Just wondered if any of you had made your own seating chart / table plan, and if you’d be willing to share.
I’m having a top table, plus eight round tables, and was thinking of putting cards on a A3 sized frame. What do you think. Should I clue them, or try to ge a pin-board?
Also, can anyone think of a way to incorporate photos?
Advice would be much appreciated.

You could have the seating chart printed on a photograph of the two of you
you could do a frame within a frame concept and print the list of each table’s guests on top of different pictures of the two of you. You could even have the innerframes be the same shape as the tables.
If you were open to using pics as escort cards:
You could have a pic of the two of you enlarged and printed twice.
Have “Thanks for sharing our Day” printed on one.
Glue that copy to a corkboard or a piece of foamcore.
Stand on an easel or insert into a frame.
Have the other copy printed with your guests’ names and table asignment in bookmark like shapes and have that one laminated.
Cut that one into pieces
Attach them to copy one in the same order- recreating the picture. If you want to use pushpins- no glass in the frame. If you want glass, use poster glue dots.
When all the small pieces are removed the thank you sign is revealed.
You can have someone turn the easel around so the guests see it as they leave the reception.

We made this one, the card can easily be changed to have any colour in and of course the frames could be sprayed another colour.
