@simpleandchic: yay! we're dress twins! LOVE your shoes...I haven't chosen mine, yet, but I'm leaning toward wedges (slender, sexy ones not bulky ones) since we're marrying on grass.

I love the changes you made to it! Ive always liked the dress, but I wasn't sure how I felt about he shoulder strap itself. awesome choice.

I tried this dress on Monday and it was so lovely! I was so sad I wasn't getting married in the summer!

@JoesWifey: Thanks...when I first tried her on, I wasn't too crazy about the one shoulder, either. I LOVED how the flowers went with our wedding style/theme (Aloha-y), but I felt the shoulder "shortened me" somehow. When MOH figured out that the whole strap of flowers was detachable, she came up with the idea - that's why I love my MOH!
@SanDiegoAli: Oh, definitely try it on! She's so light & ephemeral that she's perfect for our SoCal weather.
@Cole B: What's the style of your wedding? If it's not outdoors, I still think this could work for you...she's too beautiful to let something like a season stop you from getting her.
congratulations!! it looks beautiful on you! have you seen these? they will protect anyone marrying on grass (so i read, I haven't tried em out)
@crebre -- I've heard that they *help* but don't solve the problem completely. You'll still sink in some unless the ground is rock hard. But that's just what I've heard. I've never tried them either.

So after weeks of searching, I finally found HER...MY wedding dress. She's a Maggie Sottero RD1044, but I've modified her to a strapless, with the ephemeral flowers encircling the gown instead (to boost my non-existant bosom). I feel like an "Aloha Grecian goddess" with her on!
Bonus! She's given me an incentive to stay strong against temptation over the holidays!
