I think your dress is really beautiful! And when you lose the weight that you want to lose, I'm sure some simple alterations would be enough to make the dress fit perfectly. It fits you very nicely now and emphasizes your waist, which is think is really flattering on you!
I think every bride has "dress anxiety". I did. I just picked up my dress and tried it on again and fell back in love, but before that I had to ban myself from looking at the pictures of it online because I was starting to hate it.
Your wedding is a year away, right? So maybe put it away for now in a closet or at a relative's house where you can't pull it out and look at it all the time, and reevaluate in a few months. If you still are unsure, then maybe start a search for a different dress.
Why is your dress tagless?
http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/bridal-shops-who-cut-out-tags if the bridal shop cut the tags out, go back and threaten 'em with the law until they tell you who made the dress. Then you can matchy-matchy to your heart's content. :)
I really like the dress it looks beautiful on you.
but I would def go back and demand to see the tags, they may be selling the dress as one design when really it is another. def find out.
Do you like the dress? I think it looks great. I especially like the neckline. Why are you anxious?
Unless you think you are overpaying for the dress or they are claiming it's a certain designer, I don't think tags are important. If it is a good deal and you love it, I say go for it! It looks fantastic now, and you can definitely have it altered if you lose weight.
As a bride, you are going to stick out no matter what, and the dress looks great so it won't be negatively! As for veils, accessories, and flower girl dresses, just think of it as having more options. You can always take a picture of your dress to a bridal store and ask for suggestions on veils, etc.
Good luck, no matter what you do.
You don't need to know the designer in order to accessorize! Go to a bridal shop and try on different veils. Take pictures of your dres with you. You could do a lace-trim mantilla or a simple single layer. I think that dress would wear well with a birdcage, if that's your thing, You can go sparkley or subdued with jewelry.
Have confidence! You have the chance to pick and choose what you love out there, not limited to what's all in front of you at a bridal shop.
I looked at the rules about selling the dress with out tags. It is an alterations shop that is buying out of business dresses and consignment. I just didn't realize how much not knowing would effect me until i went later to look for accesories. I love the idea of having the dresses cordinate and now i can't. Thanks for all your comments though it makes me feel a little better. When i look at the dress i feel good, but when i start looking at other magazines and different wedding stuff i wonder if i made the wrong choice. I never understood y people go back and buy another dress and now i think i do.

I thought I had found the one. So I took my mom to an alterations shop/consignment shop. Instead my mom thought the dress looked ok and wanted me to try on all the others in the store. We found one that both of us like. It also fits me like a glove. I plan on losing about 15 lbs before my wedding over a year from now. I am now second guessing my choice. I have no clue who the designer is and don't know how to accesorize or find a flower girl dress. I don't want the rest of the wedding to coordinate and my dress stick out (negitively) as the sore thumb. I wish I knew my designer at least I might be able to figure out what do do for a veil... grrr I should not have let everyone there talk me into the dress being fabulous without taking time to think about it.
