(Closed) Tahoe Private Estates – Possible to book without planner?!

Have you tried contacting the planner about just needing the venue and not her other services?  Sometimes private estates use a specific planner that books the events and at least works the wedding day—some private venues require at least a day-of coordinator and it may have to be one from their list.  I am wondering if that is why you can only find information on the planner’s site.  I suggest at least contacting the planner so that you can find out if it is a possibility or if you need to look some more for a venue.  Good luck!

I’m not sure about the specific estates you listed, but there are a ton of private estates all over the lake, on pretty much every shore.  If you know, generally, where you want to be (e.g. what shore, or which town you want to be close to) you can use one of these websties to find a private estate to rent:
