My stationer told me that her printer is getting slammed right now so if we want to get invites out by May 1, we need to order them fairly soon. I have reviewed the proof a million times and I think I am okay with it but wanted your opinon on a few things.
1) The hosts: Right now it says “Together with their families” which is a pretty accurate description of how we are dividing the wedding costs. FI’s parents are paying for the rehearsal and band, my (divorced) parents each gave us money and then FI and I are picking up the rest. It’s equal to be about 1/3 by each party + FI’s parents paying for the band.
2) His name. He goes by Greg but since I am using the more fomal first – middle -last name format he wanted to use Gregory for that part. We could honestly do away with middle names altogether but I like that it makes it a bit more formal. Do you think this is confusing?
Anyways, would love opinons so I am adding a poll. Feel free to comment and make other suggestions too!

Beautiful invite! very romantic. I think both are fine and everyone knows greg is short for gregory and if they dont they will be able to put 2 and 2 together.

I think it looks great the way it is. Your invites are beautiful!

@julesbeeb: So beautiful! I love it.

I think they look wonderful, kinda similar to mine ;). The only critique I would have is maybe capitalizing the first set of names.

They’re gorgeous as is. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I love them… I would capitilize the names…… Also “Request the presence of your company at their marriage’. Something about that doesnt flow because the marriage is what happens after you have a wedding, so I don’t know if you want to change the marriage to wedding or wedding ceremony …. just a thought, but your invitations are very pretty.
