No, I do not take my ring off at work. I would probably leave it if I did. I only take it off before bed as my fingers swell and the setting of my e-ring stands tall which bothers me since I like to put my hands under the pillow.

I’ve taken mine off a handful of times at work–yesterday for one. My fingers were extra dry and itchy and when i took my rings off to examine it, it looked like my exzema was coming back so I took my rings off, dried off the insides, put some lotion on my fingers, let that soak in and slid them on an hour or two later when my fingers felt “normal”. I do have a coworker who takes his off ALL the time. Not sure why. I do take mine off at work if i’ll be in the back doing heavy chemical work or touching ti plates or something excessively, but “inadvertently’, not really.

One time I woke up with my engagement ring on a different finger. I had gotten hot during the night and the ring was tight, so I moved it from my ring finger to my pinky, apparently! Imagine my confusion!

I can barely take mine off!  I think I’ve taken them off twice in the last two months to dry everything out (and stare at my inscription for a little bit).

I take mine off at work sometimes, and I don’t even realize it right away that I’ve done it. Normally it’s because my figners are swelling or something. I also take them off if I’m cleaning with chemicals or something.

I never take mine off.  I’d worry too much about leaving it and then a cleaning person taking it – or someone else walking by.
