Bridey77:  I love both of the rings you posted. They are sooo pretty!! If a jewelry store offered to open a credit card for me, I would have to (literally!) RUN out of the store. It would be way too much temptation for me, I’m ashamed to say.

What did they say about resetting your diamond into a rose gold bezel?

Bridey77:  Wait, so reset your current ring and get these, too? If you don’t want a credit card, pay cash! Go for it!

Bridey77:  My fI opened a Zales card so we could by our wedding bands and actually get what we want, because ya know, the extra 1500 in credit dosnt hurt lol

But it’s not so bad having the Zales card, which I’m sure would be similar to the Kay card. You can get the jewelry you want, pay off the balance in monthly payments, and build up your credit! What could be better! I say do it. I agree with Slick , YOLO.<br />

Oh man..im already a shop-a-holic I would do some damage with a kay jewelers card!..you could get the card and just buy one thing every so often to treat yourself..if you have self control 😉

Bridey77:  admitting you have a problem is the first step lol. Welcome to the ring aficionado club. As long as this expenditure won’t change your life financially, I say enjoy! 😉

My husband bought my second ring on credit. The first ring was tiny and there were defects, so we upgraded. It is paid off now.

Go ahead and do it. Just use the card for this one special purchase.

Bridey77:  hmmmm I really want to be a voice of reason and tell you to hold back, but rose gold always make me CRAZY in love. So hold off and and then buy whichever ring you can’t stop obsessing about?! In the meantime I am dying to see your new bezel when it’s ready! As for store cards I dont love them but I know FI used one to get my ring initially. I was so glad to see that thing paid off.

Omg I’m totally in love with kay!  each time I go in to have my jewelry inspected my hubs gives me the disclaimer before I go in. “We Are not buying anything”.  They have a bunch of new rose gold items out now. I just upgraded my diamond but so didn’t see any of it.
