above is what I’m trying to accomplish. I have the vases I want to use, they are just like the picture. But I don’t know how much faux babys breath to use. Has anyone ever done this with artificial babys breath? How many stems? Where’s the cheapest place to get it? Any online suggestions? Any and all comments are greatly helpful! Thank you!

Brittany082387: Buy some baby’s breath and do one sample. That is really the only way to know how much you need for the look you want.

I’ve been unable to find fake baby’s breath so if you find any oneline please let me know. I want to do baby’s breath centerpieces as well only mine will probably be short in mason jars and tin cans.
I would say for that centerpiece you might need about 10 bundles of baby’s breath to get that look. It looks really full so maybe even 12 or 13. I’m trying to count the bundles but its hard to do with one one side showing. I’m figuring between 10-12 though. I hope that helps somewhat.

I went to a florist and asked and he said 2-3 bunches should give me that look. But those are real babys breath. I was really hoping for faux babys breath. With my luck, I will kill the babys breath before the wedding and be doomed! lol

Brittany082387: I’ve heard that large amounts of baby’s breath can smell like cat urine… Just a warning, I know this trend is really popular right now

Brittany082387: Here’s a similar thread I remembered reading before 🙂 she got artificial baby’s breath online, and experimented to see what she would need for something similar to yours!
hmmm, hope this link works, if not search wedding bee, it’s easy to find!

this seems to be where she bought them from:
just order some to check the amount needed or send back what you don’t need if your estimate is too high.
