I'm a few inches taller than my FI.... but he has better posture than I do, so it sorta evens out, and he might get a little more height from his dress shoes as I'm looking for the flattest one's possible. We're dancing anyway. I haven't waited all this time to skip it. ;)

Anyone out there that's doing a dance with a much shorter groom? My fiance is 5'4" and I'm almost 6'. I won't be wearing heels anyway because it's an outdoor wedding, in the woods, pasture, etc. but I've nixed the first dance because I don't want to look ridiculous. Even writing that sentence I feel that a lot of people will say it doesn't matter, I shouldn't care what people think, if I really love him it doesn't matter, etc. etc., but I know there have got to be people who have thought the same thing at one time. If you're taller, what are you going to do or what did you do? How did it turn out?
