I would check party rental places in your area. I know MidwayPartyRentals.com in MN and www.apresparty.com have similar things too - again in MN though.
Most of these rental places have things of this sort and are willing to locate what you want or need if you request it.
Even if you are not in MN, I am guessing by contacting these places they might be able to tell you of similar places in your area.
Good luck and hope you find exactly what your looking for!

Hi I am having the same issues, but i have found some really great web sites:
www.candlecraving.com (look under vases)
www.towervase.com (really good web site they sell by the case! good deals and they have the vase you are looking for!)
good luck
My florist is renting them to me for a nominal fee... you may want to check with your florist too.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I've always adored those tall centerpieces and would like to know where to get those kind of vases. Does anyone know what they're called? The ones I saw online and at AC Moore are too skinny and won't fit apples.
Mrs Spider posted this and this is the exact one I need
Your help is appreciated.
Thnx so muh.
