@slicey19...Nope, no German here. Just like the word and default to it for usernames, though it is kind of twisted for a light and sparkly wedding site :)

I was excited to see a muslim/arab forum. There are few resouces over here for weddings...no decent websites or forums about neat ways to integrate touches of traditions without feeling stodgy and forced (Mr. Man and I are barely muslim). So I'm relying heavily on the 'net for inspiration.

I am half Lebanese/Syrian and half Greek. But my Arab side is a mix of Syrian Orthodox and Catholic. I have some Muslim family members and relatives that have been married by Imams.

I didn't know about this board! My dad's family is Muslim, but we're incorporating more cultural (Gujurati) than religious elements. Is that something you can work in?

Hi ladies! I'm so happy there are posts here! I'm a Muslim living in Singapore, a multi-cultural country. I'm getting married soon and am so excited! I'd love to share my ideas/preparations for my wedding but it seem all to be taken care by the caterer/decor. Lols!

Well do share urs with mine. My wedding ceremony will be a long and colourfull one. Will share pictures whn i find the time to get all of them sorted!
