Saw a post on here that got me thinking about my own tattoo dilemma — I totally love my tattoo and would be happy to show it off the day of — but what if it HALF shows??? My tattoo is in the middle of my back and only half shows above the back of my dress… it’s a celtic symbol within a circle and is completely un-recognizable with the bit that peeks out…
Worth covering up? Or don’t even worry about it? OR try to alter dress to get the whole thing to show?
My pretty tattoo has been reduced to this! 🙁

Well are you going to be wearing a long veil during the ceremony and pictures because that is probably when it would be most noticable. Also you can see if your photographer could digitally remove it in the pics.

No veil… It will be quite visible throughout pictures and not to mention with my back facing the church most of the ceremony 🙂
Good idea about possible photo edit if it ends up looking funny

will your hair cover it if it’s down? and have a look online for theater and film costumiers, there is a paste stick thing can be used to cover the tattoo up really well. It was used in the Lara Croft films to cover up Angelina Jolie’s tattoo’s on her arms.

I would get your dress altered so you can see your tattoo in all it’s glory. You’re obviously proud of it so why not 😉 x

I just saw this stuff that I might try:
Stay away form Tattoo camo if you have black ink tattoos. It doesn’t work very well.
