The Kat Von D concealer ($25) was made to cover tatoos, but it’s highly concentrated so a little goes a long way. You may want to set the concealer with a powder so it don’t budge. If you get it from Sephoria and don’t like it, you can return it if you keep your receipt. She also makes a foundation, too.

I second the Kat Von D Concealer that she made specially for tattoos. If you Google “Kat Von D concealer before and after” you’ll find quite a few pics that’ll make you realize that it’s totally worth the $25!

Hard Candy Glamoflauge – $6 at Walmart. There are tutorial videos on YouTube, and I can attest that it works great. The only problem is (besides the fact that it’s only available at Walmart) is that it only comes in three shades.

@ashleyr0512:  I haven’t tried it yet, but next payday I’m gonna pick some up. I have some scars from motocross on my arms that I want to cover up for the wedding as well, so I’ll be using it.

I was reading up on it and it sounds like it doesn’t rub off. What I think I’m going to do is put it over one of my tattoos (both on my stomach) and test it and see if it rubs off on my shirt that day. My scars are on the outer part of my arms and won’t touch my dress, but I want to be able to wear it often and don’t want it coming off 🙂

If you go check out Youtube, there’s lots of videos/rave reviews on it.

I just got done over there and looked at the Glamoflauge by Hard Candy as well, and like Vorpalette said the biggest downside is that it only comes in three shades. So skin matching could be a pain.

@PacificMrs:  I used something called Colortration. I had my MUA apply it. It worked soooo good. Covered 2 tattoos on my back. And it lasted all day WITHOUT rubbing off. Pic one is of tattoos. Pic 2 all covered up.  🙂

@ashleyr0512:  I haven’t tried it, just heard great things about it. I use the Hard Candy one (which is supposed to be a dupe or very similar).

I googled some more… Ben Nye tattoo cover concealer (his brand is used for stage makeup) and Vichy Dermablend Tattoo Cover

Hey Ashley. I purchased it on-line. But before I did I did extensive research on which tatoo make-up works the best. And overall this was it. Here’s the link. http://www.colortration.com I ordered the trial kit for $17.00 You get to choose 6 different shades with it. They are small but it was definatley enough for my tattoos. It also comes with a sealant that you spray on it to keep it in place and to keep it from smuding and make-up remover wipes.
