If you have tattoos that would be visible in a wedding dress, were you at all worried about them showing on your big day? My arms/chest/back are tattooed and I think that a lot of dresses would look really weird with them showing. I’ve heard you can airbrush them, but, good or bad they are a part of me.
Any pics with tattoos showing?

@habibti: no. I wouldn’t have gotten tattoos if I was embarrassed or worried about them ever being visible.

The one going down my spine will show. I actually love how it looks with my dress.

As long as you find a dress which has a neckline to flatter your tattoos it will look great!
You could just go all the way and get a tattooed dress… http://www.rocknrollbride.com/2012/01/how-about-a-tattooed-wedding-dress/

I’m not married yet, but mine will be showing. They’re part of me, so I would never hide them.

@habibti: My tattoos were out on display in my dress. Your tattoos are a part of you and your appearance every other day, so why is your wedding day any different? Don’t you want to look like yourself?

The only thing I struggled with showing mine was either it was going to be alllll out there, or completely covered (by fabric). Here’s mine showing during a fitting:
And here’s it partially/mostly covered.
Bare those tats with pride, @habibti!

@habibti: I personally don’t have any tattoos but I think they look beatiful when brides have them!

I’m kind of disappointed mine won’t be showing! I was initally planning on wearing a shorter dress, which would show some, but then I fell in love with a longer look. Oh well.
