Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else has used Taylor Rental in Torrington for tent/chairs/etc (the works!). I've heard they're the cheapest but also that sometimes their stuff isn't the best quality. They seem great, and the only reviews I can find are positive. Does anyone here have any experience with them? Thanks!!!!

I've rented lots of stuff from there. I only hade one issue. We rented a tent once and it was ripped across the top on the seam. It happened to rain so one of the walls had water running down it. They were unable to replace the tent and set it up in the time that we needed, so we just had to deal. Otherwise all of my other experiences were positive.

We used them and thought they were fantastic. No problems with any of the things we rented, and the delivery and pick-up went smoothly. Also experienced great communication with the woman in charge of party rentals there.
