we have made it three whole weeks! hasn't it gone by so so fast! as usual this post is early and will put up the reminders! good luck!
- don’t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
- if you want to put figure your percentage lost you can, but either way i will do the calculation to make sure the results are accurate.
also, please give us some insight to your week if you had a good loss!

I missed last week, but I was exactly the same weight - 184 - as when I started.
This week, I am 183.5 and feel like I'm at a plateau. Soooo I decided (after chatting with one of my vegetarian friends) that I'm going vegetarian for the whole month! My friend said it would help me drop a few pounds, but I'm thinking at least it will help me think more about my food decisions and give me a kick start off this plateau.

Starting weight 140. Last week I was 140 still...
But this week I am happy to say I am at 138.6. Yay!! Some progress finally.
Last week: 218.6
This week: 214.6!!!

Two pounds down and AF is even visitiing!
This week I decided that I was going to be little miss house wife and was going to cook all meals from scratch instead of using mixes or boxed items. I tried to have more rounded meals and use more veggies. I also worked out like a mofo a few days in there so I am sure it was a combo of both.
Forgot to weigh last week but just did this morning and down from 199 to 198 :) I can't do the tenths of a pound since we have a doctor type scale at our office.
I had a bad week, the husband was out of town and my daughter and I splurged a few days!!
Two steps forward, one step back for me. But it was my birthday week! Up to 142.4 :(

@southerntransplant: I've been thinking about trying vegetarian. Let us know how it goes. I think FI would probably die. I made him one vegetarian dinner last week and he was like, where's the meat? And then he ate a sandwich. . .
I am at 222.8
So just .8 of a pound. But that is 12 pounds in total for me. So I am happy.

I was 172 last week and I'm 170! So hopefully I will be out of the 7 next week which I haven't seen in almost a year... Exciting stuff!

pretty good week, I have been tring to incorporate more strength training into my exercise routine. Also, I have switched to lean cuisine frozen meals for lunch to help with portion control.

Alright, this week went a little better thank last week! I'm at 193.5 now, last week I weighed in at 196.
I can't complain. Although I have been hitting the gym HARD! Hopefully I start seeing the inches come off soon!
I am pretty sure my jaw dropped to the floor when I weighed in this morning...
back to my original weight...230???!!!!!!!
WHAT??!!! I did most things right: I exercised more than I have in a month all this week, I did a one day detox. Ok, so maybe i had a few pieces of cake (no frosting) and bites of chocolate but 3lbs worth...I DONT THINK SO!!!
I am feeling very down about this...also, next week is my birthday, the week after I have a week long business trip, the following week if DH birthday and then its our 1 year anniversary. I dont see weightloss in sight...
Morning Ladies!
I'm still at 192.4! Not bad, but weird considering that I got on the scale earlier in the week and i was 191. but whatever, just have to eat better this next week. we had a kabobs and margarita's last night so i'm sure that didn't help!
@bestbuddies: Hang in there, I think that your body is in calorie storing mode. If you've worked out more than before that could be a factor too.
Just take the next couple weeks one day at time. The moments that you know you can control, like at work, try to be as on top of your diet as you can. If you get a few moments, plan a walk. It will be fine!!! And if not, this is life and stuff like this happens, what's important is that you are making a change for the rest of your life and not for just this very moment!

Pretty happy about it but really thought I was going to lose a full pound. I blame my stomach problems and had a lot of sodium yesterday so I need to try to cut down on my sodium for this week. I didn't work out as hard this week because of the stomach problems + some knee problems. It hurts right below my knee cap on that tendon (ligament?). Does anyone know of anything that could help? Maybe a knee brace of some sort? I think it is all of those Jillian Michael squats and lunges that is irritating it.

Yay! everyone in my house is finally healthy! My weight this morning was 195.4, last week I was at 197.0, so I lost 1.6 lbs :) I'm so much better about keeping to my diet now that I have people to stay accountable to :)
@bestbuddies: I'm sure your body is just adjusting to your new diet and exercise routine! I know how you feel though, I had my birthday, and people have been taking me out all week, plus cinqo de Mayo, and I still have my party this weekend (I always fall apart diet-wise at my parties). Plus, my parents sent me a big box of expensive chocolates for my birthday, fresh chocolates that are supposed to be eaten within 10 days, and FI doesn't like chocolates so it's up to me! I promise we'll get through this. Just remember we're here for you and don't beat yourself up about celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. You have to enjoy life too, otherwise you'll just end up falling off the wagon totally. I dieted too hard once (for like a year) and then I just got mad about it and ended up gaining back over 20 pounds. Now I'm trying to be moderate about it and be kind to myself. You'll have slip ups and bad weeks, but you'll still be exercising more than you used to, and probably eating better a lot of the time. It'll all work out. Sorry, that was really long. . .
I'm sorry I forgot last week! I'm at 187.5 this week... Cake tasting killed me a bit. Oops!
I'm 195.0 this week! Whoo! I haven't seen this number in a LONG time. The insanity workout has been kicking my butt but I love it. My mom saw me yesterday and the first thing she said was that I look slimmer.
Just as another measurement since we started weighing in I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. THAT is better than any weight loss! :)

198 today... blah. ive had a stressful week so im not surprised i didnt lose that much.
Jumping in on the WBBL band wagon! So excited to be here with you guys! I'm new but I'll start with last week v this week!

I'm 5'2" and my goal is to get to 130 pounds! I started out on February 1st at 165 pounds.
Last week: 149.0
This week: 146.4
Weight loss this week: 2.6 lbs, 1.74%
A great week for weight loss for me! I was able to go to the gym 4 days this week which really helped. Usually I only have time for 3 days. :)
Last week I was on spring break (aka disaster week) and gained 3 pounds! Yikes.
Luckily, now I'm back home and lost those 3 pounds again.
Weight last week: 141.5
Weight this week: 138.5 (back to my week 1 weigh-in weight)
Hopefully next week I'll be going down from 138.5.
This is my first week too. I was 129.5 this morning.
Hopefully I'll have a loss to report next week!!
Correction to mine. I went off my weight from last night because I assumed it wouldn't have dropped...and I just stepped on the scale to see that I am down 0.8 pounds from yesterday.
So I am at 134 for this week and was 136.8 last week. That is 2.8 pounds in a week! 6 pounds down total since I started this up after my wedding!
SO SORRY, I just wrote this in the week 2 post. OOPS! I hope I dont confuse more people....

@Keltaena: LOL, luckily, when I told FI about this, he said that he can make me vegetarian meals all I want at home (I often had "Meatless Mondays" previously so he is kind of used to the idea), but that he'll eat meat at lunch or when we go out to eat. I've been trying to get new vegetarian recipes that aren't just limited to pasta, and we do eat fish (I guess it's technically pescatarian then).

Looks like everyone is doing pretty well. For the ladies on the plateau (including myself), let's kick some butt this week and get off it!
Just a tip for everyone. If you're going to make a big salad at the beginning of the week to eat for lunches, DON'T put any cheese in it. It is totally soggy and gross by the end of the week. Blech.
@Keltaena: Yeah, some of that stuff is better to keep in seperate containers and then add in later!
I totally forgot to weigh in this morning and wont be home for another 3 1/2hrs so I'm going to have to sit this week out I think. I weigh in tomorrow for WW so I'll see what I did then I guess lol
