I guess I will go first.
This morning I am 133.8
This week I have tried to set a personal goal of burning at least 500 calories a day. I made it Mon-Wed. However, yesterday I only had about 300 calories. I eat back almost all of my burnt calories also!

Hey everyone! Last week I was 216.2…this week 213.0! I’m glad to see last week’s gain is gone. I think most of it was water weight from my sore muscles. Hopefully the scale will continue to head in the right direction!!!

I went up a pound 🙁 198 for me. haven’t been to the gynm all week and splurged on a couple vegan cookies this week along with some sushi! Neither of which are on my nutritionist meal plan for me.

Didnt go to the gym AT ALL this week, I was sick and rain wasn’t helping. But feeling better as of this mroning. Tomorrow, I shall be back!!!

I’ve had a frustrating week for sure! Hardest week yet. This is usaually about the time that I start to get a little liberal with my diet and slack on working out. So the .4 gain isn’t a surprise! I’m giving myself a treat this morning (soy peppermint hot chocolate with a piece of coffee cake) with the understanding that I’m going to get back in the gym and start kicking ass. I’ve got 3 weeks until dress shopping (YAY!) and I’d like to be at 187 when I go in. That’s a pound a weeek, I know I can do it!

Good morning! I’ve definitely hit my plateau—working out more than ever 🙁 My trainer says I should try to up my calorie intake (I was around 1100 a day…she thinks too low) so I’ve increased to 1300 cals per day and I probably need to start doing some new exercises (I’m going to try power lifting! Sounds…manly!)

.9 pound weigh gain 🙁

@Mrs.Mittens: Awesome! I’m sure you will get there and maybe even lower. I feel like the 190’s are killing me. I can’t ever seem to get to the 180’s. You are getting close though! Keep it up!

I found this app from Nike for the iPhone called Nike Training Center. It is kick-ass and it will kick your ass. I did the most beginner workout that I could and i was DYING. planks, modified planks, sumo squats, push-ups, running backwards! D.Y.I.N.G! and I was really sore the next day but it felt good!! I recommend it!

PS. my little treat is morning? 840 calories. for breakfast. and I know I will be hungry again in about 2 hours, which won’t even be lunch time.
