Last week 221.8 … this week 217.8. Down 4 pounds.
I really have no idea how that happened. Last Friday I was up and then Saturday I was down lol.
I have been keeping under my calories. Doing activities I enjoy: swimming, zumba & walking in the forest.
I try not to prohibit myself from having the things I enjoy. I just make sure to do it in moderation.

I had four really bad days followed by 3 only slightly better in terms of the exercising. The gain isn’t surprising, but I took my measurements and they are exactly the same. So… I’m not sure what’s going on? Muscle? I started the 30 day shred.
I have one week until dress shopping and I cannot go into a bridal store feeling the way I do today, it will not turn out well, at all. I need a kick in ass, and a big one!

I was at 167.2 last week, and weighted in this morning at… 164.4!!!! My biggest loss since the beginning of the contest, woohoo!

I cannot get past this 198 mark! it might help if I was actually going to the gym but I have been a total flake and not been for 2 weeks! Except to lay out at the pool 🙂

@Hirondelle: Thanks! I honestly don’t know what happened. I literally lost 2 pounds from friday to saturday. And then again later on in the week. I went down to 217 but am back up to 217.8 this morning.
Either way, I’m happy! Hopefully I will reach the 20 pounds down mark. Will make it all feel worth it!

I think that part of it might have had to do with my having my period last week but it is my biggest loss so far so I am pretty happy. I’ve been working so hard and deserve that damn pound and a half!!

I gained 1.2 pounds. I honest CANNOT shake off the 137-140 range. Its been back and forth, back and forth for MONTHS.
i have less than 4 months left, so I’m getting a (bit) nervous…

Back up to 141.6. I was 140.8 a couple days ago. I thought the elusive 140 was within my grasp. Sigh.
@peggyl: I definitely feel you. Even though I shook things up by adding the Shred, it hasn’t broken the plateau. 🙁 I started counting calories yesterday. Maybe if you don’t already do that you could try it? I hate it, but I just want these last 10 pounds gone! AARGH.

@Keltaena: ive first started with calories counting, and believe me, it worked! ive lost the first 7 pounds doing that.. HOWEVER, when i started to work out along with calories counting, i read about needing to eat more calories so that your body isnt eating up the muscles you are building.
so I did.. and thats how Im not shaking off the poundage. maybe im eating TOO much calories.. i dunno.
At least you have 10 pounds to go.. I have 4 months, and at least 20 pounds. sigh.
my only hope is that i toned up enough to make it a difference. I will trade inches lost over pounds lost…
