Guess I'll go first, since I weighed in after my class at the gym tonight: 197.8. That's the first time I've seen a number under 200 in... a while. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
I've gone from 212 exactly to 210.2!!! Feeling good :) I messed up pretty bad tonight but I'm ready for a new day tomorrow! I'm sure my dress fitting will be great motivation!

I've had a hard (but good) week at work. I work outdoors and we were harvesting crops with a time crunch, so LOTS of physical labour. And just today, I realized my parents bought Wii Fit, but never use it, so I started that today!

I did work out every day this week though. Jogged Mon, Wed, Fri and Tues, Thurs with Jillian so I'm hoping that if I'm more diligent with my WW points it will start melting off
Well, this week has been pretty darn crappy diet-wise lol.
Haven't done any exercise (had a bit of a cold so that was my excuse lol) and my diet could have been a lot better (darn cheeseburgers!)...that said, I still managed to lose weight :)
Start weight: 148 pounds
Current weight: 143.4 pounds
Hopefully next week will be a better week both diet and exercise wise.
My diet needs work and I def need to work out more, but I did lose weight, 191!
I am 191.4 now. so only .6 down for my first weigh in.
Here's hoping for a better loss next week!
@mittens111211: How did your fitting go?
Mine went really well! Although, my dress was too small (thanks to my stupid boobs) I will have a corset back dress and a french bustle! On the other hand when it comes to weight and everything I'm doing pretty good with eating but haven't exercised because I just welcomed my friend for the next 5 or 6 days...ugh.
Oh Gosh..this week was interesting! I hadn't been working out so i started the 30 day shred on Monday. I only did it for 3 days this week but I guess that is better than nothing! I also wasn't very consistant with my diet and I was gaining point by point of weight all week. This week I hope to be more cosistant with working out AND my diet. Friday I was up about a pound and a half of my starting weight but by today I got it back down :)

Happy to have any loss this week since I didn't do my best with exercising or diet. I haven't been feeling well most of the week. Hopefully I'll be better this next week and able to work out more days, but I'll just have to wait and see. It's going to be a crazy busy week.
@Sah: It went great! My dress is so plain that the alterations are a breeze. Just needed some darting to pull the bust in and a hem! It'll be ready in two weeks. She's tacking my sash on and also attaching a blue ribbon that has our names and the wedding date on it for my something blue!

Yay! I'm really happy with that, I dipped down to this number before but gained it back. But I'm sure that number is here to stay!
We (FI and I) are upping our workout time to 25 minutes tomorrow and I'm planning on taking my lunch to work for the next couple of days. Saves money and calories! I'm so proud of FI too, he lost 4 pounds this week!
I have lost a whole .4 pounds this week to 189.2. Not much but better than nothing. I finally have a new gym membership so I am amping it up this week.
same weight as last week. It literally rained ALL week here...I did not even work out. So, I was not expecting much success. However, today was gorgeous and I ran a 5k (no walking breaks yay!) and biked 6.5 miles! Its supposed to be nice all week so I think I will have more success this week :)
Bad news here... I actually gained a pound. Up to 179. The fact that I didn't get a chance to work out all week and then spent my weekend at Cedar Point eating restaurant and amusement park food probably didn't help me. Definitely going to get on the ball from here on out!
I'm at 147.5, so I only lost a half pound. Pretty disappointing, but I did drink a little more than usual. The weekends kill me because that's when I see my SO (we're in a LDR). We always go out for brunch, dinner, and drink a little. I'm really going to have to start buckling down on the weekends.

Not what I was hoping for but I guess I'll take anything I can get. My goal this week is to workout 2x a day with one day off. I'm not working so I really have nothing else to do and I need to get my a$$ in gear! Also, I need to eat more! I had a few days this week where I was down around 750 calories because I'm just not hungry. I need to make sure I'm eating 1200 and that I'm eating every 3 hours!
@milesandbos: Dang I want whatever cold you have! lol No exercising and eating cheeseburgers and you still lost 4 and a half pounds! Great job :)
I weighed myself this morning and I am at 149. I haven't been in the 140s in so long! I think my weight may have been wrong last week as there is no way I lost 6lbs in a week.
I can't stop eating.

Well, weight went from 152 to 152 :( But yesterday I went dress shopping and was fitting into size 12s and size 14s were actually a little big on me, when in the past the size 14s were pretty snug... so I guess I must've lost something? I'll claim muscle weight gain, haha.
Wow, everyone is doing really well to start off! I on the other hand went up to 146. Darm TOM. :(
@Mrs.Oat: TOM week doesnt count LOL. I am usually between 4-6 lbs heavier during TOM. I dont dare weight myself those weeks anymore LOL
@Mrs.Oat: Haha yes I NEVER weigh during TOM cause I seriously gain like 5 lbs! Just hide your scale during those few days and then you'll be back to normal in no time :)
Ladies: I have had great runs two days in a row! I LOVE IT! I usually do interval run/walk and end up walking more than running (outside at least-I am pretty good on the treadmil). But yesterday and today, both, I ran 4 miles each without walking!! yay!! So I have came to a conclusion:
outside = jogging non stop
inside (treadmil) = interval run/walk
Even when I ran the half marathon last year I was not able to run 4 miles straight! I am excited!!! especially since I took all last week off from exercise (which I hardly do).
When I got home from my run today, I felt so amazing. It feels way better than a cookie or ice cream tastes. But then again, its so much easier to say that when you are in that runner high. Once it passes, a cookie does seem so worth it LOL
Anyone else accomplish an exercise goal since we started? :)

@natbug21: yay! that is great. my eating is always my problem. like today, i ran 4 miles but i also ate too much junk :( It needs to stop! Any suggestions for eating healthy?

You have all weekend to post your weight! Don’t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
