Right away sounds good, I feel like I’m going to spend this entire thread trying to STAY at my start weight and not end up heavier!

I’d like to start right away.  It’s helpful having TBL to keep motivated.  I’ve managed to get my BMI down by over 10 points since I started my diet in March and I want to keep going!!! Smile

I did “Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism” today. I wanted to pull up JM’s pants the whole time. They really looked like they were down way too low. Other than that–I did NOT enjoy this workout. It felt like the longest workout of my life. I guess I prefer strength training over cardio, lol. I never got super winded though. I dunno. I guess I’ll do it from time to time anyway–especially since it’s part of this program I’m following. Anyone else done it?

been a bad weekend πŸ™ DH and I went out last night, I had carmel corn and ended up having “dinner” at 11pm at bubba gump shrimp LOL But on the bright side I walked for like 2 hours straight and DH and I jogged a few blocks to catch the last bus of the night πŸ˜‰ We were out super late last night so we slept in todya and I missed my favorite group class at my gym this morinng πŸ™ I have spent most of today grazing on pickles, light ice cream, wheat thins, 100 calories pop corn, and string cheese πŸ™ maybe I am pregnant….LOL I sure as heck look like it.

oh..I vote to start right away

Hi ladies…I would love to join this thread…do you guys just post your weight loss each week on a specific day?  I started back at the gym and calorie counting this past monday.  Let me know…Thanks!

Ack, I took a complete rest week and didn’t exercise at all. Definitely ready to start over. If I’m good the rest of the week I should be able to end this TBL at the same weight as I started, which isn’t really the point, but… small victories.
