It was kind of a slow week on the support board! Hoping everyone comes out for the weigh-in!

I lost exactly one pound… I’m at 166.5. It was kind of a bad week. I considered using the HCG drops/diet and the first two days you have to load up on food while taking the drops. So I did while taking the HCG drops and I was actually feeling terrible so I just decided to NOT do the HCG diet and do long distance runs/eating healthy. So yesterday and today were my only “good” days really.
Next week will be better though!

I lost two pounds and two tenths. sorry my phone is acting up. need to work on incorporating exercise.

I weighed in at 143.8 today! But I think I’m just dehydrated. If I can keep it there for a whole week I’ll feel like it’s real.
I did start eating less for dinner this week. It’s my most hated meal because I feel responsible for cooking (oh boy, if I didn’t cook we’d be eating ground beef and peas or something… true story), but I’m the one trying to lose weight while he’s very thin and needs real food. Not just cereal for dinner. So after cooking a whole meal I usually want to dig in.
This week I tried giving myself half portions of dinner. If I’m hungry around 9 I eat a little cereal. Special K, the one with chocolate chunks = awesome.

I’ve maintaned 189. That feels like a small victory considering that we had fondue last night and drinks, and haven’t worked out for the past two days. Back at it again today, I did have a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast and will have carrots as a snack before lunch. Planning meals for the next week, low fat chili, salads with chicken, and maybe a pasta dish one night.

It was one of those weeks I guess. Only got to the gym 3 times (instead of my 5x goal). We went to the bay area to a Giants game Wed. so of course beer & hotdogs were consumed. Last night we went to the state fair where more crap was consumed. Ugh. No excuses this week…im off to the gym! Hope you guys had a better week than I did!!

I am at 190.6 which is a loss of 1.6 if I am remembering last week correctly. This week was hit and miss since it’s my last week as a California resident. I start the 2000+ mile drive to Wisconsin to to tonight. This week was a lot of meals out and whatnot but I still did a decent job making decent choices. I also made it to the gym a few times so I am satisfied with this week. Especially since I had such a big loss last week.

323 – up 2.1 lbs 🙁 Think it’s due to consuming a lot of salt in this heat and the time of the month approaching. But still disappointed.

I hurt my neck at the gym almost 3 weeks ago (herniated disk), its been brutal, acupuncture is a life saver. So now its all in what I eat, or actually, what I DON’T eat! Cant wait to be able to work out again

I weighed in at 167.8 yesterday. Not too bad considering my bachelorette party was last weekend. I am hoping to be under 165 next week!!

Hope you all had a great week. My weight is wavering between 197 and 198 so I guess I will have to go with 198 since I already had my shoes off.
Going to see Toby Keith tonight! Looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend, maybe a trip to the pool for some sun and exercise 🙂
