We only have one week left and then I think the TBL thread should take a break. There has been a serious drop in participation and I think a couple weeks off will be fine and then I will start it up again.

Alright, so I will go first again!
Last 2 weeks: 189.6
This week: 186.8
Loss of 2.8 pounds. YAY FREAKING YAY! One week til my dress fitting and we are going in the right direction!
I went back to eating about 1500-1600 calories a day, up from about 1250-1300. I think my body was starving. I readjusted my calories to lose a pound a week which is about 1700 calories and my body is burning (according to the FitBit) anywhere between 2100-2400 a day.
We have a few family functions (read: authentic cuban and mexican food) so I just need to take the momentum that I’m feeling today and make sure I make good choices this weekend!

145.2 pounds this morning… ran the last 5 days in a row, so excited about that 🙂

186.6 I think that is 1 pound down but I don’t remember. The good news is my wedding is in one week and I got my dress back from the tailor where I was getting a bustle put in today. My dress, which I couldn’t even get my booty into when I bought it, is now a little lose. O…M….G…. That is very exciting. I also have FINALLY passed the 30 pound lost mark. 20 more pounds and I can finally STOP trying to lose weight and can work on maintainig.

Down 1.2 to 137.6. But…I am pregnant! So…not sure I will be losing too much more, but hopefully not quite gaining just yet!!!

Wow…great job everybody!!! I stayed the same this week 🙁 I only went to the gym 3 times this week and went overboard at dinner a couple times. Two parties to go to this weekend so I really need to focus on my willpower!

Last week: 238.4 This week: 236.9 Down 1.5 pounds.
Not too shabby for me. I’ve only gone to the gym three times this week, instead of my usual 5, and I’ve eaten like crap because I had my last final exam Thursday night, and it was time to celebrate. 🙂 Not too bad though. It could have been much much worse.

231.0 today. Aunt Flow showed up this morning so I did not expect a good weigh in anyway 🙁 But I had a REALLY good week and I know that as soon as my visitor leaves I will see those results 🙂
