I bought it and thought it was an excellent educational read. My girlfriends are all passing it around now. I think if you borrow it from the library you'll get everything you need from it.
If you like keeping books on hand so you can reference back to it, then I'd suggest buying it.
I bought it and I read it, I found it extremely helpful. For what it's worth I managed to get pregnant on my 2nd cycle of BC after reading this book.
Thanks Ladies. Im going to see if my library has it. Now if I can just remember to return it.. LOL
Buy it! I got mine about 8 years ago and think of it as an "owners manual". I'm not even Ttc yet.
@the boss of you: Thats a good idea. Youll be a pro when its time lol.
I was about to buy it new and then found it in a charity shop for like £2!
I love it and refer my friends to it all the time. Brilliant price aside, it the best book I've ever purchased for my education as a woman.
I didn't buy it or read it, I found all the info about charting and such online for free. Got BFP in less than 3 months.
Buy it and read it and keep it to reference when you have a question. You'll be so much more knowledgeable about your body all for the price of around $12. That's a bargain.

Does anyone in here read TCOYF? Do you find the book helpful? Im thinking of buying it but want to get some reviews on it first. What did you LIKE or DISLIKE about the book?
