I think it would be cute if there are a fairly even number of guests from both the bride's and groom's families. Otherwise, it could be a bit uncomfortable.

Hi Bees!
So i saw a picture of a wedding where they had "Team Bride" and "Team Groom" cups that the guest were all drinking out of. My fiance and I were considering doing the same thing: providing one cup for each guest to use all night (to cut down on glassware cost).
So, my question is, do you think the Team Bride/Groom is too negative or goes against the whole idea of a union? I think it's cute (also our theme is based on our alma mater, a big football school, so it would be somewhat theme relevant) but i'm worried people will think it's a little negative since they're basically being asked to choose a side. What are y'alls thoughts??
Thanks! :)
