** Please note – all of my recap photos in the next couple days will be guest photos. I won’t have pro photos for a few more weeks. If a photo has a watermark, it’s because one of my husband’s coworkers is occasionally a pro and took photos during the ceremony. They were taken as a guest, not because he was paid so they are for our private use only. Just wanted to clear that up just in case…
A couple of photos were taken by our florist and baker. I will note credit. **
This was one of my favorite parts of the day. The first look was a total blur for me but I would still recommend it to anyone. It really helps ease nerves before you walk down the aisle.
I totally goofed on the first look because I looked in the wrong direction! I walked out of the hotel lobby to my hubby’s parents and groomsfolks catcalling to the right and I stared at them for a good five seconds before I realized my future husband was on the left side of the sidewalk.
Groomsmen and women as well as future hubby and his dad (I’ve covered up the folks I didn’t get permission from):
My hubby and his brother/best man:
O HAI, I’m looking the wrong way:
My girls are helping me walk by holding my train:
The photog took us to this neat little pocket park with a gorgeous waterfall. We took tons of photos there:
And the high you get when a packed Fifth Ave crowd parts down the middle like the Red Sea and takes photos of you like they’re paparazzi?? Most amazing feeling! We don’t have photos of this moment but our pro definitely will.
I should wear my wedding dress during Christmas to clear up the people jams in front of Saks.
