@MsGinkgo:  OMG I hate you for posting that. I was SOOOO perfectly happy with the $60 cutesy flats I found modcloth and now I HAVE TO HAVE THESE. Ugh!

@MexiPino:  Lol – blame the other bee who posted them not me!  I’ve just never seen wedding flats that I liked until I saw those!

@Overwhelmed:  When you say tower what do you mean? How tall are you and your FI?

I was exactly three inches taller than DH at our wedding because I refused to wear flats. He didn’t care and neither did I. For side by side photos I took off my shoes so you can’t really tell.

I’ve had the worst time finding wedding shoes because my fiance is only an inch taller than I am and while he doesn’t mind, I don’t want to be two or three inches taller than him on our wedding day. Luckily his dress shoes do have a bit of a heel on them so I’m managing to get away with an under-3″ heel without being obviously taller than him.

Modcloth and Rocketdog both have adorable flats and smaller heels that come in a few different colors. You can try websites like DSW and Dessy Group. Etsy has lots of sellers who make cute flats, too.
