i use the crest whitenning strip, 14-day kind that i apply once in morning and at night for 30min. seems to work
Crest Whites strips are pretty cheap and work well. I've used them in the past. It lasts for about 6 months.
If you have sensitive teeth, don't get the extra strength ones. They work faster but are stronger and may hurt your teeth.

so it's getting close to that time and i want to brighten my smile a little :D which brightener do you guys recommend?? i've been in the whitening isle a million times but never picked one because i was overwhelmed lol so what do you guys suggest?? and why?? thanks!!!
