My crockpot. I don’t really cook, so anything I make is usually done with that!

I love my kitchen aid and have several attachments for it. I process my own meat (beef, venison and hog) so it makes it a million times easier and faster. I also love my expensive knife set. Not hard core pro level but not blue light special either. A nice set of bakeware,  glass and metal, nice sized cutting boards,  and several sized crock pots. I have a bitty dip sized one, a two or 3 quart one when it’s just the two of us and a monster 6 quart for roasting whole big roasts and chickens and big pots of soup.  I really wish I had one of the fancy programmable kinds with a thermometer and such.

My parents gave me a FoodSaver vacuum sealer a few years ago.  I had never really wanted one at the time, but now I can’t imagine life without it.  It’s really great for buying in bulk and meal planning.

Our favorite piece of cookware is actually a nonstick frying pan we got from a restaurant supply store.  It’s not the prettiest item, but it performs far better than any other piece of nonstick cookware I’ve ever owned.  I actually went back and removed all of the nonstick cookware from our registry after about a month of using this pan.

Moraz:  I have pieces of Cuisinart multi-clad and their classic stainless (I think it’s called chef’s classic) cookware.  I honestly can’t tell the difference.  They both perform very well, but I don’t think that the multi-clad performs any better.  Maybe a more experienced cook could tell.

Oh and since I can’t figure out how to edit on my phone.  I wouldn’t get nonstick pots again. They work well enough but something about the OUTSIDE finish washes off and they look ratty only a couple years after we got them. And if like grease from cooking meat in a skillet drips at all it stains the e outside. On the other hand, my parents have their stainless steel from their wedding 35 years ago and you would never know it isn’t brand new.

Moraz:  I LOVE my kitchenaid stand mixer!

We use our pizza stones and pizza peel a lot (we make home made pizzas too!)

Keurig!

Cast iron frying pans

Toaster/egg sandwich maker. Our real estate agent bought us this as a house warming gift, my FI LOVES it and uses it all the time! I call them McWilson sandwiches.

Cutting boards! I registered for more of them, we need some good carving ones and every day ones.

My favorites would be: Kitchen aid stand mixer, blend tec, vaccum sealer, deep fryer, immersion blender and metal measuring cups and spoons.

I wish I had a nice set of stainless steel pans and a ceramic coated dutch oven.

I can’t live without my coffee machine:

FI and I love cheese, so we use our cheese slicer very often

And I have a pair of Wustoff knives – a chefs knife and a pairing knife. I flat out refuse to work with any other knives than my Wustoffs

I also love my Kitchen Aid mixer however, a smaller item I also love are these spoons by JosephJoseph.  They have a weighter handle so the cradle never sits on your countertop. Makes for easy clean up and they’re awesome.  I also have a spatula, flipper, and pastry brush in this style as well.

My go to sautee pan. I forget the quart size, but its 18″ across and 4 or 5″ high, with a glass cover. I make almost every meal with that thing. I got it for $25 at a Macys sale, it was originally $90. Plus, my ninja blender. I use it almost daily for my smoothies and some sauces.
