I am having an hors d’oeuvres reception and want to offer lots of options to our guests. We are purchasing about 1200 bites of food since we are not serving a meal (OMG- it is crazy).
Need some creative assistance. Please tell me about your favorite hors d’oeuvres, share your appetizer menus, please give me your very best ideas. Any cute menu themes you have heard of at past events?
The caterer has pages of choices and will make basically whatever I request. Our wedding is in the fall in a wine cellar, so some cheese/cured meat pairings with the wine have already been decided.
