    I had the same problem, it’s hard to figure out the right order for these things, here’s what I did for mine..I moved the “‘we have reserved__ seats” to before the “accepts” or “declines,” that way they know how many people are invited before they respond.  And the “we look forward to celebrating with you!” as the last thing, cause to me it’s more of a send off…kinda like a ‘see ya soon’ which usually goes at the end. Hope that helps:)

    “We will” not “will we” other than that great.

    @Jen51287:

    I like it! The only thing I might consider adding is “blank seats have been reserved for you”. That way there wont be any confision if you dont want them to bring a date. We had a tight budget and 110 guests. A few people thought it was fine to bring their weekend fling with and it wasn’t. It was very awkward to call and tell the guest that their date wasn’t invited.

    @Jen51287:  This is such a minor thing, so take it or leave it.

    The “We will reserve”, because it is a future tense, sounds like it’s open for debate. And we all know, as brides to be, that is not the case.

    Using the past tense, “We have reserved ___ seats in your name” makes it sound like a decision has already been made. This is what we have decided, it cannot be changed.

    Does this make sense?

    I feel like with the future tense wording, someone who doesn’t know better may cross our your number and add their own, you know?

    Is there a reason celebrating is capitalized in the middle of a sentence?
