My old was a vintage rhinestone cuff that was my grandmother's and my mother also wore it to my sister's wedding.
My new was my shoes, garter, etc...
My borrowed were the earrings that I borrowed from my mother.
My blue was the penny pouch my mother embroidered with my initials and fastened to my bouquet.

I'd love to hear what all you ladies are going to have as your something old/new/borrowed/blue. Mine will be as follows:
Old - A tiara I had custom made from vintage (1940's) Japanese gold velvet leaves. I love Etsy! Also, on right hand, a ruby & diamond ring I've had since I was a child.
New - Many new things, dress, shoes...
Borrowed - My mom's perfume, L'Air du Temp. She's been wearing it everyday since her sister gave her a bottle as a gift when I was born.
Blue - Not sure yet, maybe a few blue flowers in bouquet, maybe a blue ribbon on bouquet. I will have a clutch that has a peacock feather embroidered in blue, not sure if that counts! :)
