I’m trying to figure out what these are called so I can search for them on Etsy…from what I’ve seen, boleros are like cropped jackets. I’m looking more for a overlay kind of thing, transparent, that doesn’t have an opening– you’d have to pull it over your head. From what I’m seeing on Etsy, they’re still called boleros..? Any clarification would be great! 🙂
This is the kind of thing I’m talking about: http://www.etsy.com/listing/96293906/illusion-tulle-bolero-sheer-tulle-lace?ref=related-1
Thanks so much!

@SoonToBeSimmons: I’m not an expert, but I think this would qualify as a bolero. Rather than pulling over one’s head, however, I’ve seen them with buttons down the back.

Mine was called a bolero by pronovias and it was not a pull over.

@OoOTifsterOoO: LOVE! So beautiful! I love the illusion of sleeves– looks like the jacket and dress were made for each other!
So many choices– these are fun decisions to make, but it’s so hard to choose! 🙂

I would call it a capelet.
